Frequently asked questions
Is an account required to try it?
Not to try it. The editor opens right away and you build the mockup with your own artwork, shown with the Rapid Mockup watermark. To download it, you need to sign in with an account, and the free one works: the mockup comes out without the watermark, within the plan limit. After you sign in, you go back to the same mockup without losing what you had done.
Does my customer have to install anything to see the 3D link?
No. The link opens in the browser of any phone or computer.
How long does the 3D link stay online?
30 days. For a permanent portfolio, download the image or the video.
Can I use the mockups to sell?
Yes. Our terms let you use any mockup to sell, including the ones made on the free plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, with no new charge. Card payments renew automatically; with pix you pay each month, and if you don't, the plan simply ends with no charge.
How does the mockup limit work?
It is a monthly limit that renews on your payment date. What you don't use doesn't carry over to the next month.
What do paid plans include besides images, videos and links?
All of them come with the virtual catalog, where your customer picks the products and sends the order by WhatsApp or email, and the subscribers-only WhatsApp group. From the Professional plan up you also get the Canva integration. The full list, plan by plan, is on the plans page.
